Jennifer Aquino is an American actor and award-winning narrator based in Los Angeles. She works in film, television, commercials, theatre, and voiceover projects. Jennifer was one of the doctors who killed McDreamy on the ABC medical drama “Grey’s Anatomy.” Yes, Patrick Dempsey “died” on her O.R. table! She also works in VO Animation, voicing the red-headed Chelsea in Rugrats All Grown Up!  Jennifer’s theatre background includes performances with East West Players, The Actors’ Gang, LaJolla Playhouse, Theatre West, El Portal Theatre, Center Stage Theatre, Victory Theatre, and Lodestone Theatre. Jennifer loves giving voice to young adults, and reading journeys of empowered women in Romantic Comedies, LitRPG, SciFi/Fantasy, and Mystery/Thrillers. She loves reading imperfect, flawed characters, who appear to be perfect on the outside, but then discover their weaknesses and vulnerabilities as their stories unfold. Her background in theatre and voice contributes to her narration in giving each character a unique life.

Jennifer has a business background and has a BA in Economics from UCLA. She is passionate about Personal Growth, Business, Finance, Investing, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, and World Travel. Jennifer also works with doctors and healthcare professionals and is knowledgeable about Anti-aging, Skincare, Health & Wellness, Fitness & Nutrition, Plant-based Lifestyle, Gut Health/Microbiome, and Holistic Medicine.

Jennifer has a dance background and was a member of the UCLA Dance Team for three years. She enjoys performing, choreographing, and competing in dance. She’s also a martial artist; she studied Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, and an Okinawan form called Motobu-Ryu. She competed in tournaments and won medals in Forms and Sparring. Jennifer also golfs (she loved golfing on the different Hawaiian islands!) and bowls (having started an actors team at the Hollywood Bowl!)

Jennifer loves to travel and plan dream vacation itineraries with her family. She’ll research where the locals eat and hang out, and loves getting lost in the cities to discover less touristy areas. Recent travel includes the Netherlands, Australia, Germany, Japan, Thailand, England, France, Italy, and Turkey.

For fun, Jennifer loves to cosplay with her family and attend ComicCons. She has fun creating their cosplay and props. Jennifer has cosplayed as Scarlet Witch, Wonder Woman, Psylocke, Fem Deadpool, Fem Aizawa from My Hero Academia, among others. She enjoys hanging out with other sci-fi/fantasy geeks!

Jennifer is available to work both in studio (local hire in Los Angeles) and in her home studio.

A masterful storyteller and thoughtful director, Jennifer is also a guiding light and sterling example for others within the industry. "

- Callum Plews, Producer, Macmillan Publishing

"Jennifer is an absolute dream to work with. She always finds something in the book that makes it hers- and that's what makes her performances engaging. Jennifer is definitely a storyteller at heart. Incredibly professional, well prepared, and is a wonderful team player. I can count on her to work with directors, editors, and even authors in her narration projects, that's why I'm so excited to have her on more as a director. I know that any project that I put Jennifer on is going to sound great and will be smooth sailing in production."

- Jen Patten-Sanchez, Producer, Hachette Audio

"Jennifer is a joy to work with. Detail-oriented, she takes direction well which is so important with the fast turnaround time of the audiobook and voiceover industry."
